You will be responsible for:
  • Registering and billing of received and issued invoices and bank statements
  • Preparation of payment orders
  • Cooperation on the preparation of the VAT return and control report
  • Participation in quarterly and annual closures, preparation of estimated items, checking of accounting records
  • Participation in the annual statutory closures
  • After becoming familiar with workload, the possibility to participate in reports preparation
  • Other accounting and administrative work as needed
  • Close cooperation with other team members
  • We will be more than happy to provide you with proper training and induction.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Ideally 2 year-experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Knowledge of double-entry accounting and Czech accounting standards
  • Familiar with the Czech tax system
  • Active use of English
  • Be accurate, attention to detail
  • Be able to work independently
  • Ability to learn new things
  • Positive attitude
