Brno´s Campus Science Park: Structural Work of Building D&E Finished

Structural works on Building D&E of Campus Science Park in Brno, the Czech Republic, were finished by the end of September. The construction will now continue with the facade design. The building project was commenced in February 2017 and according to the schedule should be completed during the second quarter of 2018.

The new building with its 13.200 square meters of leasable area will be the last step in the process of Campus Science Park development. It will increase the total leasable area of Campus Science Park project to 50.000 square meters.

The Campus Science Park will thus offer tenants two more buildings of the highest standard, which enable flexible layout of individual floors and thus all types of activities in the area of high-tech research and development. The project based in one of Europe´s fastest developing cities has already drawn considerable appreciation. One of its buildings (Building C) recently won the third place in Best of Realty, category New Administrative Centres. The jury pointed out unconventional architectural solutions, commercial success and social benefits of the project.  

The Campus Science Park is home to number of reputable companies such as AT&T, KBC,, or Česká spořitelna (part of Erste Group Bank).

Perfetti Van Melle Poland renews lease in The Park Warsaw

Perfetti Van Melle Poland, the producer and distributor of such well-known brands as Mentos or Chupa Chups will stay in The Park Warsaw office complex. The company renewed its office lease agreement for a space of 700 sq m. Knight Frank advised the tenant in the leasing process.

Perfetti Van Melle Poland produces and distributes candy, lollipops and chewing gums in more than 150 countries. It is one of the major companies in the FMCG sector. Amongst its most recognizable brands are: Menots, Chupa Chups, Fruittella and Alpenliebe. In Poland, PVM is the sole distributor of Fisherman’s Friends, The Belgian and Petit Ourson. The company leases an office of 700 sq m.

The Park Warsaw is a class A office complex owned by AIG and White Star Real Estate. It is located in the Krakowiakow street – a place conveniently connected with the nearby Aleje Jerozolimskie and the main arteries leading to Mokotow and Sluzewiec – Aleje Krakowskie, Zwirki i Wigury street and Lopuszanska street.
