You will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining regular contact with tenants and addressing their space needs;
  • Organizing proactive contact with agents and customers;
  • Management of the tenant database;
  • Presentation of properties to prospective tenants;
  • Preparation of lease proposals;
  • Lease agreement negotiations;
  • Space planning coordination.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • at least 2 years leasing experience in commercial real estate;
  • very good verbal and written English-language skills;
  • high personal standards and attention to details;
  • excellent negotiation, communication, organizational and analytical skills;
  • fluent in MS Office software.
