You will be responsible for:
  • Financial and administrative processes associated with specific real estate
  • Preparation of annual budgets revenue control, particularly rent invoicing, operating contributions, and re-invoicing
  • Preparation of the annual statement of operating costs
  • Continuous control of income and expenditure of a specific property
  • Preparation of financial parts of property / asset management reports and completion of monthly reports
  • Preparation of analyzes for the property management department
  • Preparation of financial documents for the leasing department,
  • Processing and archiving the new leases
  • Responsibility for compliance with the conditions agreed in the lease, service and possibly credit agreements
  • Communication with property owners or banks
  • Communication with the accounting and property management department to ensure the smooth operation process
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Secondary school / university education - economic direction is an advantage
  • Experience in creating analyzes or in finance
  • Experience in real estate is an advantage
  • Excellent use of Excel (e.g. contingency tables, addition with more criteria, search functions)
  • Fluent English - everyday use at work
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes
  • Analytical thinking, orientation in numbers
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy
