You will be responsible for:
  • financial reporting
  • budgeting
  • analysis
  • building and maintaining relationship with the banks
  • supervision of accounting processes
  • preparation of routine reports for bank purposes
  • cooperation with the property management team on financial/reporting/operational records/invoicing
  • admin tasks
