White Star is looking for a diligent, motivated, and curious person, willing to support the Innovation Team in its projects centered around implementing a wide variety of innovative technologies and systems in all kinds of White Star’s investments. Our company is currently working on some of the most fascinating projects in CEE, is it Retail (e.g. Elektrownia Powiśle), Residential (e.g. PZO Praga) or Office (e.g. X20, The Park Krakow), and our team is here to make these investments unique, look out for market trends, and make them work to benefit our clients, visitors, and residents.

You will be responsible for:
  • Preparing presentations, visualizations, and summaries of various deliverables that the Innovation team is presenting to other people inside and outside the company on daily basis.
  • Processing and handling all kinds of administrative tasks necessary to fulfill the projects that the team is working on – including processing invoices, submitting requests, proofreading contracts etc.
  • Researching valuable solutions and analyzing potential use cases (Smart Home, IOT, energy efficiency, different kind of apps and smart systems, etc.)
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Completing or recently completed Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or related
  • Outstanding analytical and numerical skills
  • Good IT literacy, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. A great asset would be experience in using Microsoft Power BI for visualizations and business analysis.
  • Ability to present abstract ideas in succinct and convincing form, be it a text form, presentation or Excel spreadsheet with an overview and summary of the subject at hand.
  • Ability to learn and engage in processing and executing administrative tasks, including processing of documentation, invoices, contracts etc.
  • Great communication skills and fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
  • Quality-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to work on new tasks in new fields on daily basis.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with limited supervision
  • Ability to combine following guidelines with one’s own creativity, style, and ideas
  • Curiosity and at least basic knowledge about the latest innovations in the fields of IoT, applications, smart and green solutions that can be applied in real estate
  • Ability to work independently, within, and across teams, learning from people with different skills and backgrounds.

Example tasks: communication with Beauty Hall guests, presenting full knowledge of services offered in the Beauty Hall, coordinating bookings (in person and by phone), taking calls and replying to emails in Polish and English

Example tasks: management of newly acquired project in Cluj, day-to-day management of operations, lease management of existing offices and new development, co-ordination of sales team for residential project

Implementation Associate

Example tasks: prepare and lead the implementation process for various innovative tech projects within the company, work out specification and coordinate fulfillment of the requirements, ensure projects are completed on time and within the budget.
