You will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the marketing and advertising of vacancies on media/advert channels to attract potential tenants
  • Identifying prospective tenants looking to lease a property
  • Providing potential tenants with a tour of property highlighting the valuable features of the building
  • Preparing and overseeing the processing and approval of all lease documents necessary during the negotiation process (MOU, LA, ALA, Lease summaries for internal approval)
  • Conducting surveys of the property market to obtain information on competing projects, their lease rates and other trends on the market that affect occupancy/rent
  • Ensuring the proper documentation and storage of leasing files and monitor the leasing administration (rent rolls, check list, lease summaries etc.)
  • Managing daily and/or weekly leasing reports to the head of the leasing department and respective owner of the property
  • Drafting a comprehensive leasing plan and provide a support for the marketing plan.
  • Preparing a leasing strategy for the upcoming years
  • Maintaining contact with tenants during their lease term to oversee their welfare and help resolve property issues, to understand their future needs to be able to accommodate them
  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships with all real estate agencies on the market and any other parties important for the project development (Architects, space planners, Czech Invest etc.)
  • Internal cooperation with all departments (construction, property management, accounting and legal)
  • Training will be provided
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience with leasing
  • Negotiation and presentation skills are a must
  • Active use of English language
