Auto Logistics Park is one of the largest modern logistics parks in the Slovak Republic with a total lettable area of 120,000 sqm in five separate buildings.
Developed by us between 2001-2005, in cooperation with Volkswagen to primarily serve the production and logistics requirements of their supply chain vendors, serving Volkswagen's automotive plant nearby.
White Star Real Estate has been managing this property since its opening in 2001, participated in 3 changes of ownership, and was brought in to provide asset management and accounting services when AIG repurchased the property in 2016.

Auto Logistics Park is located in Lozorno, Slovakia. The project is located directly next to the D2 highway, approximately 25 km from Bratislava, between the towns of Lozorno and Malacky. The D2 highway is a crucial part of the region´s highway system forming a key distribution line through Central Europe as well as a pivotal connection to the Czech Republic and markets of Western Europe.
