Since its inception, the Diamond Business Park brand has the lead the business park sector in the CEE region, for quality and value. Diamond Business Park Piaseczno is a light industrial-warehouse complex, located in suburban Warsaw with easy access to major expressways.
The project was a pioneer in offering class-A grade office space adjoining and complementing warehouses. And it is noteworthy for maintaining nearly 0% vacancy in a tough, competitive environment. We have been the property’s manager, leasing coordinator, and project/construction manager since its inception and, despite two ownership changes, we continue to serve in the same capacity.
