Located southwest of Warsaw, approximately 17 km from the city center, Sosnowa Dolina (Pine Valley) is one of the largest single-family residential projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Covering 67 hectares, this master-planned community development is designed to have more than 650 single-family homes, townhouses and walk-up apartments. The community is expected to be divided into 10-12 private and semi-private phases. The first 60 units are already underway.
The project required sophisticated land assembly and a detailed permitting process before construction could begin, and White Star Real Estate is also handing the construction, marketing and sales efforts.
