D1 Logistics Park East was the second phase of AIG/Lincoln’s first major industrial development in CEE, and initially consisted of four buildings totaling 80,000 m2, and served as the central logistics facilities for Hellman, L’Oréal, Rossman, Schneidersoehne and Tesco.
D1 Logistics Park East, along with D1 Logistics Park West, was sold to ProLogis, who have continued to develop both parks.
