AIG and White Star Partners have developed a multi-building warehouse and logistics park directly adjacent to the BMW manufacturing facility near the Munich highway.
The park is located northeast of the city, twenty minutes from Munich International Airport. The site, comprising approximately 42,000 m2 of rentable area, was leased to BMW.
