Brno´s Campus Science Park: Structure of Buildings D&E Finished

Structural works on Buildings D&E of Campus Science Park in rapidly developing Brno were finished in September, and the contractor is currently  installing the facade. The project commenced in February, 2017, and is planned to be completed during the second quarter of 2018.

The new buildings, with their 13,200 square meters of leasable area, will be the last phase of the development. It will increase the total leasable area of Campus Science Park to 50,000 square meters.

The Campus Science Park will thus offer two more premium office buildings with the posibility of  flexible layouts, ideal for high-tech research and development tenants. The project has already drawn considerable commendation, since Building C recently won third place in the Best of Realty, New Administrative Centres category. The jury highlighted the unique architecture, popularity with tenants and the social benefits of the project

Campus Science Park is home to a number of reputable companies such as AT&T, KBC, kiwi.com and Česká spořitelna (part of Erste Group Bank), and is located next to White Star Real Estate's Campus Square development.
