WSRE appointed to manage Metronom Business Center

White Star Real Estate is pleased to announce its appointment as property manager for Metronom Business Center, by its new owner REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny. This 10 floor office building was constructed in 2015, and holds an “Excellent” BREEAM IN USE environmental certification. It offers over 34,000 square meters of space and 528 parking places making it one the largest building in the office quarter of Nové Butovice in Prague.
