WSRE Entrusted by Property Management Mandate of Trimaran Building
White Star Real Estate has been awarded with a property management mandate for TRIMARAN building in Prague as of January 10th 2019 followed by a successful acquisition of the project by Allianz. The complex is located next to the highly frequented metro station Pankrac in the heart of the office district of Prague 4; the so-called “Pentagon Area” or “Little Manhattan” around the Panorama Hotel, Arkadia Shopping Centre, Empiria Generali Office Tower and Raiffeisen City Tower is considered to be one of the best business district in the city of Prague.
The modern 7-storey building with 4 underground floors was finished in 2018 and features over 18.000 square meters of leasable space, 428 parking places, a conference centre for up to 1000 persons, and a restaurant. It was awarded the Platinum LEED Certificate. Among the tenants of the TRIMARAN project, there are companies such as BigBoard Praha, Axians redtoo, Cubex Centrum Praha, EXPOBANK, or EU POLYMER CZ.
