The X20 office building is fully commercialized

The commercialization process of the X20 office building in Warsaw has come to an end. The latest contracts for the lease of office space in the facility managed by White Star Real Estate and AIG Global Real Estate concern the expansion of existing tenants. After the agreement concluded in May to increase the area of ​​Polski Standard Płatności, the BLIK operator, an expansion agreement for the LaMania brand was signed in July. Now one of the first tenants of X20 - Universal Music Polska - has decided to choose additional space. Thus, the building in Warsaw's Mokotów district has been 100% leased.

The X20 office building, present on the Warsaw market for three years, offers over 16,000 sq m. total rentable area. One of its first tenants is Universal Music Polska, which signed the main agreement in 2020, occupying over 1,500 sq m. on the 4th and 5th floor of the building. After three years of presence in X20, the largest record company in Poland has leased another 220 sq m. on the 1st floor of the building. Thanks to this expansion, the office space in the Warsaw property was fully rented.
