Barceló Warsaw Powiśle with the Prime Property Prize in the Investment of the Year – Hotel Market category

The most outstanding properties put into use last year, people and companies that played a key role in the development of the sector, and the latest real estate technologies were honored as part of the 12th edition of the Prime Property Prize competition and the 6th PropTech Festival. The statuettes designed by Oskar Zięta went to the winners announced during the gala that took place on September 18 and accompanied the Property Forum 2023 conference. In the "Investment of the Year - Hotel Market" category, the winner was Barceló Warsaw Powiśle - a hotel that complemented the Elektrownia Powiśle complex, developed by Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate.
