Terg SA extends the lease agreement in Gdańsk Logistic I

Terg SA extended the lease of warehouse and office space in Gdańsk Logistic I. As a result of the renegotiation of the contract, the owner of the Media Expert chain will occupy a total of 1,800 sq m. in a complex managed by White Star Real Estate and Generali Real Estate.

Gdańsk Logistic I includes three warehouse halls of the highest standard, as confirmed by the BREEAM certification. In an investment with a total leasable area of ​​over 50,000. sq m there are warehouse and office spaces. One of the tenants is Terg SA - the leader of the Polish consumer electronics and household appliances market, which will occupy a total of 1,800 sq m from 2021. As a result of the renegotiation of the contract, it was extended in May 2023.
