You will be responsible for:

• Responsibility for ensuring the proper operation of buildings
• Coordinating activities related to building operations (technical maintenance, cleaning services, security, green maintenance)
• Management and control of external contractors
• Controlling the quality of outsourced services
• Handling with warranty claims
• Arranging and processing tenders
• Managing the administration of the building
• Preparation of operating and investment budgets (OPEX, CAPEX)
• Ongoing control of budgets and responsibility for compliance with them
• Communication with tenants, solving technical and operational requirements
• Communication with the building owner, preparation of technical and financial reports

The ideal candidate should have:

• High school/university education in technical/economic field
• Proven experience in property management
• Knowledge of MS office
• Good knowledge of English both written and verbal
• Active use at work
• Driving licence (SK. B)
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Reliability and responsibility
