Perfetti Van Melle Poland renews lease in The Park Warsaw
Perfetti Van Melle Poland, the producer and distributor of such well-known brands as Mentos or Chupa Chups will stay in The Park Warsaw office complex. The company renewed its office lease agreement for a space of 700 sq m. Knight Frank advised the tenant in the leasing process.
Perfetti Van Melle Poland produces and distributes candy, lollipops and chewing gums in more than 150 countries. It is one of the major companies in the FMCG sector. Amongst its most recognizable brands are: Menots, Chupa Chups, Fruittella and Alpenliebe. In Poland, PVM is the sole distributor of Fisherman’s Friends, The Belgian and Petit Ourson. The company leases an office of 700 sq m.
The Park Warsaw is a class A office complex owned by AIG and White Star Real Estate. It is located in the Krakowiakow street – a place conveniently connected with the nearby Aleje Jerozolimskie and the main arteries leading to Mokotow and Sluzewiec – Aleje Krakowskie, Zwirki i Wigury street and Lopuszanska street. The complex offers easy access to the city centre by car or public transportation.
